'Avengers 2: Age of Ultron' Star Samuel L. Jackson's Onetime Encino Home Listed at $3.2M

Samuel L. Jackson's former home in Encino can be yours for $3.2M.

The "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" star's onetime Encino estate features an almost 4500 sq.ft main house and another smaller house that serves as a guesthouse which covers around 2900 sq. ft., notes the Los Angeles Times. The main house sitting on almost an acre of lot boasts an English Tudor style.  The home, which Jackson previously shared with his actress-wife LaTanya Richardson, consists of four bedrooms, a formal dining room, a living room and a spacious master suite equipped with a his-and-hers closet. The guesthouse on the other hand, has two bedrooms, LA Times adds.

According to the outlet, other interesting features of the estate which may attract health buffs are the tennis court, a swimming pool and a spa. Families with children may enjoy bonding in the sunroom or even on the masterfully-landscaped grounds. Would-be owners who love cooking will admire its country-style kitchen. If you have five cars, the property's garage will suffice to accommodate all of them.

LA Times also notes that the "No Good Deed" actor sold this home in 2002 for $1.95M according to property records but it was intended for sale at a higher price of $2.8M.

Meanwhile, an article on Zillow reveals that before the property was listed on the market, the "Django Unchained" actor's former Encino home had been in the rental market for two months, with a rental fee of $6,250 per month. Zillow adds that the home has a wood-paneled study, but may need some renovations or upgrades to be at-par with other celebrity homes.

Citing property records, Zillow writes that after the "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" actor sold his home for almost $2M, about nine years after, the property was then sold at a foreclosure auction for only $1.6M.

LA Times states that property hunters may contact Roseanne Covy of Skyhill Properties as she is the listing agent of the Encino home.

Currently, the 66-year-old Oscar-nominated star and his family are living in a more spacious and more luxurious home in Beverly Hills, covering almost 11, 800 sq.ft. The larger home in the posh community of many famous celebrities proved to be more expensive as well, having a tag price of $8.35M in 2000, notes Zillow.

Fans of the Avengers movie franchise will see Jackson again as Nick Fury in one of the most-anticipated movies this year, "Avengers: Age of Ultron," out on May 1.
