'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Cast, Plot & Release Date: Villain is Like an Evil Big Brother & Indestructible

Less than a month before the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" hit theaters and the hype for the third movie featuring the superhero cast has reached an all-time high. Speculations on the villain the crew is up against have been circulating. Word is out that the Avengers' nemesis in this second movie is "indestructible."

Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, and Scarlet Johansson all return to the big screen to reprise their roles as members of the S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Avengers.

In the upcoming movie of the "Avengers" franchise, the superhero crew would battle with the worst enemy they could ever imagine. According to Master Herald, the bunch would go up against the artificial intelligence machine, Ultron.

The AI machine was originally created to help the members of S.H.I.E.L.D. protect the human race but certain events caused it to turn against them and threaten to wreak havoc to humanity.

The trailer revealed Ultron as a machine but Johansson, who played Black Widow in all three movies, described him as more than that.

"Ultron's everyone. He's everywhere. I guess he would be like big brother in a way -the evil big brother. He's much greater than The Avengers combined, although, it turns out not to be true but it feels like that," said the actress to Starmometer.

If the "Lucy" actress' comment was any indication of how big the nemesis The Avengers are facing, she continued that for the majority of the group's fight against Ultron, "the villain is indestructible."

However, the superhero crew is finally able to realize that "it was just a perception." It remains to be seen in the movie how that part will play out and what would happen next.

Aside from Ultron, the upcoming movie is rumored to explore more the histories of certain characters in the film, said Screen Rant. An article published in the site two months ago noted that Black Widow's "sad past" would be touched in the upcoming film.

Johansson said, "I had done my research, and the Black Widow character resonated with me. She is dark and has faced death so many times that she has a deep perspective on the value of life. In the sequel, you learn more about the sadness in her past."

Along with Black Widow, Renner's character, Hawkeye, are the two Marvel heroes who have yet to star in their own solo films. While it is not clear whether they would get their own starring films, fans of the characters would have plenty of things to look forward to for their roles in the upcoming sequel.

"Avengers: Age of Ultron" would hit theaters on May 1, 2015.
