Channing Tatum Sells Hollywood Hills House for $2.7M

Channing Tatum, the "21 Jump Street" actor, sells his Hollywood Hills house for $2.7M because he and his actress-dancer wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, has settled in another posh community, Beverly Hills. The couple bought the luxury Beverly Hills home for $6M, reports Los Angeles Times. The former owner of the said Beverly Hills home which the couple just bought in February was funny man Rob Schneider, notes Canyon News.

Meanwhile, the older house in Hollywood Hills was not publicly offered in the market, as noted by LA Times. The former Tatum estate reportedly offers wonderfully-landscaped grounds dotted with grown trees. Sitting on about 14000 sq.ft of land, the Hollywod Hills home is said to be designed with wood and glass materials, creating an elegant stature.

Interesting features of the recently bought Tatum house are a teak staircase and a stone patio with fireplace. There is also a guesthouse for the new owners' visitors.

Family gatherings or festive reunions may be celebrated in the said property because the house has an expansive living space, necessary for such parties or events. Formal dinner may also be hosted and guests would be pleased to partake of sweet-tasting wine and spirits housed in the home's wine cellar.

Channing Tatum, with humble roots in Alabama, became widely-known in the 2006 movie "Step Up"  because he was able to showcase his spectacular dancing skills, as mentioned in Celebrity Net Worth. Do you know that Channing Tatum has appeared in Ricky Martin's "She Bangs" music video in 2000?

Now, the "Dear John" actor has really gone a long way in the U.S. entertainment business. The "A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints" star already has a big $50M net worth according to Celebrity Net Worth. The 34-year-old celebrity is not just an actor, model and dancer, he is also a film producer.

Channing's next projects are "Hail Caesar" in February 2016 and "Magic Mike XXL" this July, as announced on his official website. Tatum will be doing "Hail Caesar" with the A-list and two-time Oscar-winning actor George Clooney and the alluring "The Avengers" and "Lucy" actress, Scarlett Johansson. "Hail Caesar" is described in Channing Tatum's official website  as "a 1950′s period comedy about the movie business, life, religion and faith."  Tatum will also continue the story of "Magic Mike" in "Magic Mike XXL" three years after Mike "bowed out" of his stripper life.

Channing Tatum met his then co-actor, Jenna Dewan, now his wife, while filming  "Step Up" in 2006, says Celebrity Net Worth. Three years later after their initial meeting, Channing and Jenna tied the knot and in 2013, their daughter, Everly, was born to the proud parents, adds the website.
