Kevin Durant Stats & Net Worth: NBA Star Selling His Miami Condo

Die-hard Fans of NBA All-Star Kevin Durant must be disheartened for not seeing the Oklahoma City Thunder Forward for the rest of the season due to his recurring foot injury. Hopefully, the OKC player's stats of 25.5 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.1 assists average per game, as seen on the NBA.com website, will improve after his much needed recovery.

While he's resting, it seems the NBA Rookie of the Year awardee is taking care of some real estate business. Durant is currently selling his luxury Miami Condo for $3.45M, reported the LA Times. Perhaps he's setting his eyes on a more expensive property? After all, his networth is currently pegged at $60M, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

The luxury three-story Miami property has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a spacious outdoor terrace and a private elevator. New homeowners of this chic condo will be delighted by panoramic views of Biscayne Bay offered by walls of floor-to-ceiling glass panels, noted the LA Times.

The outlet added that the home, measuring almost 3,800 sq. ft. of living area, includes an inviting kitchen with a breakfast bar, a comfortable open-area living room, a dining room and a home theater. The Durant Miami condo also has a tiled wall fireplace.

Realtor.com described the star player's condo as situated in a 63-floor skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings in Miami. With a height like that, Durant's condo gives an amazing view of Downtown Miami as well.

The home's design exudes elegance and masterful execution, and Realtor reports that furnishing may be acquired "for an additional price" as mentioned on its listing.

The Miami property was bought in 2011 for only $1.825 million through a corporation associated with the NBA star, noted the Miami Herald, citing county records. Durant's listing agent is Ben Moss of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, according to reports. However, when Miami Herald reached out to him to get more details, the outlet said he declined to comment.

The 26-year-old OKC forward listed this Miami condo on March 31, the same day when it was announced that his bone graft surgery on his right foot was successful, Realtor.com added.

While many welcomed news about Durant's successful operation, some of his fans are wondering if they would still see the star sporting the same Oklahoma City Thunder number 35 uniform. Initially, people thought he might be staying with the team because in his interview with ESPN in January, he said, "I love playing for Oklahoma City. ... Everybody knows that I represent where I come from ... no matter where I play at, no matter what arena. But I'm just focused on playing with Oklahoma City. It feels like home now. That's where I am."

But, since the OKC basketball player will be a free agent in 2016, Sports World News said it is still possible that Durant may check his options with the other teams.

Let us see what the future holds for him, but one thing's for sure: You won't be seeing him in his Miami condo soon.
