Robin Thicke, Paula Patton Divorce: 'Blurred Lines" Singer Sells Hollywood Home For Cool Profit

Robin Thicke has just unloaded a Hollywood Hills home and took in nearly $2 million in profit.

According to the LA Times, the property was listed in July at $2.985 million and after a bidding war, the Grammy winning artist sold with a final offer of $4.9 million.

Public records show that the property was initially purchased by the father of Robin, Alan Thicke, in 1990 for $910,000.

The two-story resident is located in the affluent Bird Streets area and has everything your heart can desire. From spacious living areas, there are three bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms as well as a sound studio.

What else does nearly $5 million get you? A private pool, spa and tiled outdoor seating space.

With 3,185 square feet of interior space, the kitchen is fabulous with its own skylight and brick oven. The undisclosed buyer will also enjoy the stunning home built in 1965 as it boasts a number of architectural details that include high wood ceilings, arched windows and paved floors.

The view is another spectacular amenity that can't be rivaled. The residence has a gorgeous canyon to Downtown view making it a great place to relax as well as entertain.

Legal Woes

The financial boost is good news for the "Lost Without You" singer following a recent divorce and a loss in court with Pharrell Williams.

Two weeks ago, Paula and Robin were officially granted a divorce and their marriage will be officially over on April 14, shared People. They have known each other since they were teenagers and share a 4-year-old son together, Julian.

"We will always love each other and be best friends. However, we have mutually decided to separate at this time," said the couple a year ago when they announced their separation.

In addition,Thicke and Pharrell $7.4 million in damages due to copyright infringement.

Earlier this month, Pharrell and Thicke lost a legal battle after the court ruled massive hit "Blurred Lines" plagiarized Marvin Gaye's "Got to Give It Up." Gaye's heirs were awarded $4 million in damages and $3.4 million in profit with Thicke to play $1.7 million and Pharrell to dish out $1.6 million out of their own pockets, recalls Mail Online.
