Malibu Beachfront Home Listed for $13.9 Million

An absolutely beautiful property on Malibu, California has just been listed for nearly $13.9 million, according to Realtor. Taking a look at this mansion on 21660 Pacific Coast Highway, it looks like it was carved right out of somebody’s dream.

The place can be described as the perfect setting for one of Matt LeBlanc’s takes on “Episodes.” Sadly, however, Jennice Ann Tronciale, the property’s listing agent, who was also behind the estate’s unique interior design, is not yet going to open this beachfront home to the film crew.

Apparently, Tronciale wants to keep the house brand new, making sure that it has “never been lived in” by the time a buyer finally says “Yes” to the offer. “We like the idea of having it new for somebody,” she said, referring to the three-bedroom Malibu beachfront house.

Moreover, it would appear that purchasing a property in Malibu is a good decision, particularly since there are so many things to do on the beachfront alone. For instance, Virtual Tourist says that the Tronciale’s $13.9 million listing could be a good way for potential buyers to experience Zuma Beach, which happens to be one of the largest and healthier beaches in Los Angeles.

The breathtaking view of the ocean, paired with this home’s pristine condition, whoever will decide to buy it is certainly in for a treat.

How the property got on the market is actually a result of an unexpected, minor plot twist. The original owner of the estate contacted a notable architect from San Francisco, Mark Dziewulski, to re-build the 3,000-square-foot home “from the studs up.” It was a two-storey home that the homeowner wanted to be completely renovated.

The twist comes in when the homeowner suddenly changed his mind and decided not to make the move to Malibu. This only means that someone else can now gain access and ownership to this lovely, dream-like home. The house was finished in 2014.

It has a sweeping view of its surroundings as its walls are predominantly made of squeaky clean glass windows. Plus, it is the perfect home for those who prefer fewer neighbors to no neighbors at all since there is only one neighbor who lives close to the house.

Since it is located on Malibu’s beachfront, the buyer can also have access to the wide 27 miles of the coastline, according to Coastal. “It’s like having your own private beach,” said Tronciale. “Even though you don’t own it.”
