Malibu Mansion Used in Angelina Jolie Film & Britney Spears Music Video For Sale

A Malibu Mansion is being sold in the market for almost $9 million.

Looking at the photos released by Huffington Post, one may stop and think that the property is pretty familiar. The house, located in 33583 Mulholland Highway, Malibu is indeed quite known.

It is safe to say that the Malibu mansion is "hollywood-famous," taking into consideration the various times it was featured in movies, photoshoots and music videos of A-listers in the world of entertainment.

It was used in the film "Gone in 60 Seconds," featuring no less than Angelina Jolie and Nicolas Cage. Cage is not new to the place after doing "Face Off" with John Travolta, noted Huffington Post. Silver Stallone shot "Rocky 6" here, too.

It has also been featured in the music video by Britney Spears and was showcased in the posh and hit "Beverly Hills 90210" TV show, in both instances, showing how a fancy mansion looks like, as reported by Curbed.

Kendrick Lamar also hung out near the pool for his "The Recipe" video. Chris Brown also shot some promotional materials for his album "Fortune". It is also said that Will Smith's "Men In Black" music video was probably shot in the mansion as well, speculates Curbed.

Aside from being Hollywood-famous, this immaculate house, sitting on a 16-acre compund, has class in its own right. It consists of four bedrooms and five baths. The property is designed by the well-known and esteemed architect, Ed Niles.

It boasts of an amazing glass-and-steel infarstracture, with a true modern look, fitting the luxurious, contemporary and futuristic scenes in the high-class movies. It has captivating windows spanning the floor and ceiling.

Imagine a 7,000 sq. ft home that sits in full view of majestic mountains and placid ocean. Luxury and elegance meet in the simplest things such as the floor using "fossilized" limestones as materials and a possibly unmatched, black diamond fireplace.

What makes this Malibu mansion more interesting is that it gives a breath-taking 360-degree view of the area and it even has a 50-ft helipad.

The house is currently listed by Irene Dazzan-Palmer and Sandro Dazzan, both from Coldwell Banker Previews International for $8.95 million.
