Bruce Jenner Sex Change & Transition Into a Woman Update: $3.5 Million Malibu Hilltop House is His New Home

Bruce Jenner is walking off from the laidback vibe of the beach front for a more far-off ambience of the hilltop with his recent acquisition of a $3.5 million mansion.

Nestled on top of the Malibu Hills, Bruce Jenner is in for a major change of scenery which includes a stunning view of the canyon and the Pacific Ocean. The property, according to the Daily Mail, has an area of 3,500 sq feet that sits on an 11-acre land. The house has four bedrooms and a three-port garage.

In a research conducted by The Variety, the house was reportedly built in 2010, and is mostly made up of concrete and glass. The house features a very inviting swimming pool, living-room basement equipped with a fireplace, kitchen with a wide centre-island, built-in grill station, and a spa.

As per the real estate site Trulia, the Kardashian-Jenner patriarch has scored a steal on the purchase of the house at a tag price of $3,575,000. The area within this Malibu neighbourhood reportedly has a listing price of $5,220,453 on the average for its real estate properties.

Bruce Jenner was previously a tenant of a four-bedroom Malibu beach house. His rent for this getaway of a place amounts to $14,500 a month, according to the LA Curbed.

As was previously reported in an article here on RealtyToday, one of the major factors that could have prompted the former Olympian to head for the hills was the need for seclusion and respite following the media frenzy on his gender reassignment issue, and of a road mishap on the Pacific Coast Highway that resulted in a multiple car collision and the loss of one life.

As of yet, Bruce Jenner has had no official say on the issue of his gender transformation, but the news left many, not the least of which were his fellow sports enthusiasts, flabbergasted.

"They were just like me, with their mouths open," Keith Jackson, a former long-time sports caster for ABC Sports, told the The New York Times, regarding the reaction of his friends and former colleagues who have known Jenner back in his glory days in the 1970's.

Jackson attested to the bigger-than-life success of Jenner as an athlete and a sports personality of his time. "He was a hell of an athlete," he said.
