New reports indicate that former Olympian and rumored transgender Bruce Jenner is reportedly hiding out in a Malibu hilltop ranch from some privacy.
Jenner has been a hot topic on the internet over the past few months following rumors that the 65-year-old ex-husband of Kris Jenner is transitioning into a woman. In addition, two weeks ago, the Kardashian-Jenner patriarch was involved in a tragic car accident that resulted in the death of one of the involved drivers.
Realty Today reported earlier that sources have shared that Bruce has decided to put some distance between himself and everyone else by taking up residence in a "remote hilltop ranch." Now, we are hearing more about the home that the step-father of the Kardashian sisters have made. Per Radar Online, Bruce has let his feminine side shine through within the walls of the new house.
"This new home has a much softer, feminine look and feel to it and the décor will reflect Bruce's new self," claimed a knowing source close to the "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star.
"He has been spending a lot of time making sure that it has ornamental bric-a-brac that is influenced by his new emerging persona, and the home is decorated with pastel accents and tones," added the insider.
Inside Bruce's Private Home
It was reported by Design & Trend that on Feb. 19, Bruce packed up his personal belongings and headed up to the ranch with the help of his son, Brandon.
Bruce reportedly swapped his Malibu beach-front rental for the 3,500-square-foot ranch that offers all the privacy that Bruce needs at this time. The property nestled within Malibu's hills sits on a total of 11 acres offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. The amenities are complete with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three-car garage, all of which comes with a price tag of $3.5 million.
Radar's source also mentioned that the relocation has done wonders for Bruce. "Bruce is loving the new place because it has given him the privacy that he has yearned for ever since he and Kris split up," revealed the insider.
Jenner is said to be starring in a docu-series that will reveal to the world what the transition process has been like. Apparently, the new estate will be a "part of the docu-series, because a big part of his transition to become a woman focuses on getting rid of the old Bruce and introducing a new woman."
The new residence won't be temporary added the insider. "This will, after all, be the place that he will come home to after his sex-change operation and it is the place that he will call home while living out the rest of his life as a woman."
