KardZee to Showcase Tools for Realtors During Inman Connect NYC’s Startup Alley

KardZee, a mobile media platform for personal engagement, relationship building, and referrals, has been chosen to participate in Inman Connect NYC Startup Alley, a carefully curated collection of the newest companies entering the real estate tech scene. Earlier this year, KardZee launched its new iPhone app and business tools, designed with the real estate industry in mind, at Inman Connect SF 2017.

The KardZee Founding Team will be in New York at Startup Alley on January 23, 24, and 25. Attendance is free and open on Tuesday, January 23rd.

Using KardZee's unique technology, which learns and stores a user's handwriting, real estate agents and brokers can create and send real cards, postcards, and notes with messages in their own handwriting. Real estate-focused templates make creating attractive cards - to congratulate clients on the sale or purchase of a new home, for example - simple and easy. Users can upload their own images or use existing images in the KardZee database.

Realtors and brokers can also take advantage of KardZee's video link and patent-pending gift card features. Add a printed gift card - the perfect closing present for a client - to a KardZee with just a tap, or embed a video link to share property videos on a KardZee with their mailing recipients, all communicated with the KardZee texting platform.

"Relationships are at the core of any successful real estate business, and KardZee gives agents and brokers an easy and impactful way to deepen and maintain client relationships," said KardZee founder Keverne Denahan. "Unlike other companies in this space, which offer products designed for mass mailings, we give real estate professionals a one-on-on, personal way to nurture existing relationships and make lasting connections. KardZee has already been met with great success among realtors and brokers, and we're so excited to introduce our company to the New York market in January."

With 80% of future sales able to come from just 20% of current clients, KardZee's low cost and highly effective engagement campaigns retain clients and generate referrals and sales. KardZee uses tangible cards, gifts and media combined with automated digital marketing strategies to save time, money and worry.

KardZee was launched in 2016 as a consumer-facing mobile app. Over the past year, the company has expanded to include an API and web server platform, which makes it possible for business and corporate users to set up large-scale KardZee mailings.
