Lebron James Miami Mansion Still On Sale for $17 Million

NBA superstar Lebron James has listed his sprawling 6,768 square feet Miami mansion for sale at $17 million.

Months after the King left Miami to play for the Cavaliers, he also moved out of the city and back to his hometown Cleveland. Now, the contemporary waterfront Coconut Grove mansion still awaits its new owner.

James' Miami home offers miles of a breathtaking panoramic water view as it sits on Biscayne Bay. Curbed took an inside look into the mansion and shares a few highlights: the residence comes with six bedrooms with ceilings high enough for a basketball player, 6.5 baths, a spacious kitchen, a dock big enough to fit two 60-foot yachts, an infinity pool with an astounding lighting design, 4,500 square feet of entertainment space that includes a home theater, and a wine cellar.

The $17 million Coconut Grove mansion, which is still very much available, is being held by listing agent Tomi Rose of Opulence International Realty. Rose also happens to be a cast member of TV series "Hot Listing Miami" and is said to be engaged to a pro-athlete.

Coming back to Cleveland, James' neighbors in Bath Township, Ohio told ABC News in a June 2014 report about their struggle with traffic, heightened police presence, tourists, and media crews around the neighborhood after the former MVP confirmed his decision to return and play for the Cleveland Cavaliers. But they were also ecstatic to see him back with the Cavs and don't really mind the scene.

One neighbor shared, "It's been pretty crazy, There's been cars parked on both sides of the streets for a block or two, and on Friday police showed up to mitigate the chaos and the traffic. It's a bit calmer now, but there's still a pretty steady flow of sightseers taking pictures and stopping and looking. I think they just want a glimpse of glory."

To apologize to his neighbors for the unexpected drama, James and his family sent cupcakes and a card to his nearby neighbors to say sorry for the trouble he has caused them.

LeBron's Bath Township, Ohio mansion sits inside a gated property that he purchased way back in 2003, notes ABC.
