Supermodel Gemma Ward Gets Two Units at 10 Bond

Gemma Ward, an Australian supermodel, has been on a serious house hunt after she put her $2.25 million apartment on East Village up on the market last November. According to New York Post, the property that she kept coming back to was on 10 Bond.

The designer of 10 Bond, Annabelle Selldorf, was recently featured in Vogue. This could be one of the reasons behind Ward's interest on the property. Two of the building’s units caught her attention. One is a two-bedroom unit sold for $4.55 million on the third floor, while the other is a three-bedroom unit on the fourth floor for $7.1 million.

The units she may want to purchase soon have ceiling heights that reach up to 11 feet. Plus, keeping up with Bond Street’s cast-iron history, the entire building itself is made up of steel and terracotta panels.

The fact that Ward allowed this information to be given to the press indicates that she has made some significant changes in her life lately. Back then, she was famous for making sure that her private life was always kept under wraps, according to Yahoo! News. Now, though, it would seem that she is ready to give her fans a sneak peek into her life.

Apart from sharing her new address choices, she also changed the privacy settings of her official Instagram page from “private” to “public,” as reported by Daily Mail. Her fans and followers can now enjoy the photos of herself and her adorable baby daughter, Naia.

Prior to this change, only a handful of pictures of baby Naia could be found on the social media accounts of her closest friends. Most of which were even immediately deleted after getting posted. Now that she has permitted the public to view her personal photos, her good friend, Mia Taninaka, also started to share more photos of the cute mother-daughter tandem.

“Boat life with these beauties,” Taninaka wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo that showed baby Naia in a cute navy dress, munching on blueberries, while Ward wore a ball cap to protect her skin from the sun and nautical shades of navy and white.

Along with the changes she applied regarding her privacy, she was also seen on the catwalk for Prada just last year. It served as her comeback into the modeling industry, especially as she has gone MIA for six years.
