‘Elder Scrolls 6' 'Fallout 4' PS4, XBox One, PC Release Date, Trailer & News: 'Fallout 4' To Be Announced at E3, Says Reports

Game developer Bethesda has two major video game due for a new sequel, namely, "Elder Scrolls 6" and "Fallout 4."

Following an announcement by Bethesda that they'll be hosting their first-ever press conference during the upcoming E3 2015; many believe the studio is set to make an announcement regarding two of its much-awaited franchises.

The last "Fallout" game was released five years ago and subtitled, "New Vegas" and with the E3 2015 taking place June of this year, Fallout and Elder fans are pinning their hopes that their much-loved games will be getting a new title.

While the developer didn't go into detail about its upcoming announcement, the event will take place five days after the launch of "The Elder Scrolls Online" which will be renamed "The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited." Given this, Polygon notes that it's highly unlikely that Bethesda will have anything new to announce regarding the line.

After careful analysis of the various topics the firm could discuss, the "big elephant in the room" and most likely topic of any update would be the sequel to the massively successful 2008 release, "Fallout 3." Between Elder and Fallout, with the last fifth Elder release being in 2011 and the previously mentioned Online version, it's becoming increasingly possible that the more urgent new title release should be for "Fallout."

Design & Trend reports that "Fallout 4" looks to be the game with an earlier launch date.

"While not much is known about Bethesda's E3 2015 presentation, real-world data strongly suggests that a 'Fallout 4' reveal is finally imminent. As for 'Elder Scrolls VI,' that matter is open to interpretation," reports the site. "With 'Fallout 4' likely occupying most development resources, it seems reasonable that the most fans will see in that regard is a cursory teaser. Still, nothing has been confirmed on that assumption."

For those who can't make the event, Bethesda will livestream its news conference via Twitch. More information regarding how to register will provided at a later date.

It should also be noted that fans are becoming increasingly impatient. Previous rumors circulated that Bethesda might finally announce "Fallout 4" during the PAX South event, which didn't happen, notes The Fuse Joplin. If the developer is keen on retaining its fan base, "Fallout 4" needs to be given some attention to keep its gamers interested.

Photos, trailers and gameplay summaries for both games have yet to be released.

The road to "Tamriel Unlimited" will be released on PC next month, March 17th and for consoles, June 9th on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
